DESCRIPTION
1 year aged kimchi (in a temperature-controlled environment) which also known as Mugeun-ji. Aging gives the kimchi a sharper flavor and more acidity. Aged kimchi has dark brown color and it has a very soft texture.
Specialized in stewing, braising, and stir-frying.
